The beauty of this flower colors the green and sandy slopes, intertwining through reed grasses and protective snow fencing, out lasting errosion, hurricanes and yearly northeasters. It heralds the advent of long, warm and lazy days, of afternoon naps on the beach, the smell of salt water and suntan lotion and of a time when all the work you had to do in a day was pack a small bag with peaches, wine and a good book.
